By using Chrombyte, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You agree to be bound by these Terms, which govern your access and use of our AI tool.

If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Chrombyte grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform as part of your subscription.

This license is for professional use only and does not include the right to resell our service or its core algorithms.

Access to certain premium features requires a valid Pro or Enterprise subscription.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and protect your login credentials.

Chrombyte reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or remain inactive for extended periods.

Platform Branding: Chrombyte owns all rights to the software, logo, algorithms, and website interface.

User Generated Content: You own all rights to the raw content you provide and the final AI-generated assets produced for your brand.

License to Chrombyte: You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process your data only as necessary to generate your requested content.

Pricing: Fees are based on the plan selected at the time of purchase.

Billing: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. To continue your service, you must manually renew your plan at the end of each billing cycle from your account dashboard.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed based on the credits used by the user. To initiate a refund request, you must contact our support team directly. We evaluate each case individually based on consumption.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction.

No Spam: You may not use AI tools to generate bulk unsolicited communications.

No Scraping: Automated data extraction or reverse engineering of our AI logic is strictly prohibited.

Compliance: Content must not violate any local or international laws, including copyright and hate speech regulations.

Misuse: Attempting to bypass credit limits or security protocols will result in immediate termination.

Chrombyte is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind.

AI Accuracy: We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be factually accurate or suitable for all audiences.

Service Uptime: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions or maintenance windows.

Indemnity: You agree to hold Chrombyte harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Max Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration before resorting to litigation.

Changes: We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
